Nutrition for every stage of your journey

From pre-conception through pregnancy, post-natal recovery and beyond — expert, compassionate nutrition support designed specifically for women.

Pre-conception Pregnancy Post-natal recovery Breastfeeding

Your body does extraordinary things. Support it properly.

The nutritional demands on a woman’s body change dramatically across the journey from pre-conception to motherhood. Getting the right support at each stage can make a real difference — to your fertility, your pregnancy, your baby’s development, and your recovery afterwards.

And yet it can be incredibly hard to know what to eat, what to avoid, which supplements actually matter and which are a waste of money. The information out there is often contradictory, overwhelming, or simply wrong.

“You deserve clear, evidence-based guidance that works for your life — not a generic list of foods to avoid and a handful of supplements to buy.”

Emma provides nutrition support fully in line with UK government guidelines and current evidence — personalised to where you are right now and what your body actually needs.

Support at every stage

Each stage of the journey brings different nutritional needs. Emma can support you through one stage or walk alongside you through all of them.

Guidance you can actually trust

Emma is a mum of three who has navigated pregnancy and the post-natal period herself — so she understands the reality of trying to eat well when you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, or just trying to survive the early weeks.

Alongside her personal experience, Emma is RSPH qualified and provides nutrition guidance fully in line with NHS and UK government recommendations. This isn’t advice from a blog or a well-meaning friend — it’s evidence-based support from someone who has been there.

A note on supplementation

Emma provides supplementation guidance for pregnancy and post-natal nutrition fully in line with current UK government guidelines and NHS recommendations — including folic acid, vitamin D, iron and other nutrients relevant to each stage. She works alongside your midwife and GP, not instead of them, and will always recommend you discuss any supplementation with your healthcare team.

Working alongside your midwife & GP

Nutrition support during pregnancy and post-natally is designed to complement your existing maternity care — not replace it. Emma provides dietary guidance and evidence-based nutrition advice. For medical concerns, gestational conditions, or anything outside the scope of nutrition, she will always direct you back to your midwife, GP or specialist.
