My lifelong interest in nutrition has grown into a focused professional journey, shaped by both academic insight and the day-to-day realities of family life.
As a mum to three sporty children and wife to a busy executive, I’ve spent years honing the art of practical meal planning to meet a range of energetic, demanding lifestyles. I understand the real-world challenges of maintaining good nutrition, and I’m passionate about helping others fuel themselves in ways that support both performance and overall wellbeing.
