Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions

EligibilityOpen to current clients who have attended at least one paid appointment within the last 12 months.

Reward — Pay as You Go£20 session credit applied to your next appointment once your referral has attended and paid for their first session. Not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Reward — Paid in Full Packages£25 cash back via bank transfer within 14 days of your referral's first appointment. Emma Crawford Nutrition will contact you to arrange payment.

New Client DiscountThe referred person receives £15 off their first appointment. Cannot be combined with other offers.

No CapNo limit on referrals. Each successful referral earns one reward. Rewards can be accumulated.

Credit ValiditySession credits are valid for 12 months. Cash back paid within 14 days of the triggering appointment.

Data & PrivacyAll data is held securely in accordance with GDPR and used solely to contact the referred person.
